Laser Spine Institute to Take Part in Great American Cleanup

Courtney Campbell CausewayLaser Spine Institute is dedicated not only to helping people with our variety of minimally invasive spine procedures used to treat chronic neck and back pain, but also through our charitable endeavors. That's why we're proud to announce that Laser Spine Institute will be participating in the Great American Cleanup along with volunteers and businesses throughout Hillsborough County.

Keep Hillsborough County Beautiful (KHCB), the local chapter for Keep America Beautiful, is holding its annual event on Saturday, April 16 from 8:30am to noon at the Courtney Campbell Causeway in Tampa. A national initiative, the Great American Cleanup brings together members of communities across the country to make their cities and towns healthier, safer, and more beautiful places to live and work. Last year, more than 3 million volunteers participated in the event and donated more than 5.5 million combined hours of service to help improve communities across the US.

KHCB is dedicated to preventing litter, promoting recycling, and beautifying the community through action, education, awareness, and fostering stewardship.

"We are proud to announce Laser Spine Institute's participation in the 2011 Great American Cleanup," said Bill Horne, CEO of Laser Spine Institute. "We truly enjoy being a responsible part of our community, and the Keep Hillsborough County Beautiful program is an excellent opportunity for us to give back while providing a good example for businesses throughout the area."
