Dr. Vernon Morris Performs Over 2, 000 Procedures at Laser Spine Institute

I would like to congratulate Dr. Vernon Morris, Laser Spine Institute Philadelphia’s spine surgeon for passing the 2,000 surgery mark at Laser Spine Institute on April 26, 2010. Dr. Morris joined Laser Spine Institute in 2007 with 33 years of surgical experience, 17 years of which he spent performing minimally invasive spine surgery.  After serving as a senior member of our surgical team in Tampa for two years, Dr. Morris returned to his native state, Pennsylvania to lead our new state-of-the-art facility.

Dr. Morris enjoys the distinction as one of the first spine surgeons in the late 1980's to perform minimally invasive spine surgery. His dedication to excellence and innovation has earned him the prestigious status as a four-time recipient of the American Medical Association Award for Physician Recognition, and continues to make him an invaluable asset to Laser Spine Institute’s surgical team.
